1940’s Empire Waist Trousers – Decades of Style #4004

Want to know how to make your legs look long and sleek? Try a pair of high-waisted pants from this vintage pattern. Deep cuffs and wide legs on the trousers really capture the look of the 40’s.

High-waisted trousers have invisible zipper at center back, and darts in the front and back for shaping. 2″ cuff at bottom of straight, very wide leg. Finished inseam about 30″.
