CLASS REGISTRATION & POLICIES
You may register by phone, in person, or by email. Because of high demand, we require that you pre-register for all classes. Fees must be paid at the time of registration. We accept cash, local personal checks, and all major credit cards for class fees.
BY PHONECall 510-845-6106 during business hours. Please have your class number and date ready, along with your credit card number, if you wish to pay over the phone (recommended). This is the fastest way to register for our classes.
BY EMAILWe currently do not offer direct class registration online, but if it's more convenient for you, email us. Please include your most convenient phone number, class numbers and dates you're interested in and we will be in touch with you.
SUPPLY LISTS FOR CLASSESMost hands-on classes will require a supply list. One will be sent out to you after you register and pay for your class. Supply lists come with a 20% off coupon good for full price purchases made during the class.
CANCELLATION POLICY & MISSED CLASSESWe require 7 days notice before the first day of your class in order to transfer or refund your credit. No make-up classes or refunds are provided for missed classes.
IF YOUR CLASS IS CANCELLEDWe will call to notify that your class has been cancelled and issue a refund or class credit for any fees you have paid in advance.
PARKING FOR STUDENTSYou are welcome to drop off all your supplies at the front counter and then go to secure a parking space. We will hold your things for you!

For daytime students:
90 minute paid parking is available in front of the store and across the street.
Paid parking is enforced from 9 am - 6 pm Monday - Saturday.
Free 2-hour parking is available around the corner on Blake Street.
Parking is free on Sundays.
For evening students:
All parking is free after 6 pm.
