Suzan's Helpful Hints

I find that when I iron the folds in my bias tape, I am not accurate. Do you have any suggestions?

Yes, indeed! Clover produces a handy bias tape tool, that makes bias strips in even widths. Here is the information from their packaging.

Pass the diagonally cut fabric through the tape maker. If it does not pass easily, cut the starting end to a point and force it through using an awl in the center groove.

Wind and pin the finished tape for easy use.

Danger! Do not contact the iron to the tape maker.

The metal portion which is heated up may cause you a burn.
