HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

BACKORDERS & SOLD OUT ITEMS

Occasionally an item may be on backorder or sold out, and we will contact you if this is the case. Your order will be held until we have contacted you and there will be no additional charge when your item comes in.  Although we do our best to fill your order with any of the products available, we will notify you if an item is sold out, or if we do not have enough yardage to complete your request. If we cannot fill your order, we will gladly issue a full refund to your account.


ADJUSTMENTS TO ORDERS

Chose the wrong color, amount, size, or wrong product all together?  To make a change to your order, contact us and let us know how we can help you.


SHIPPING


Our shipping costs are based on the amount of the order. Please refer to the chart below. Stonemountain & Daughter uses USPS to ship our orders. Most packages are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate boxes and envelopes.  If the actual shipping charges are less than our website estimates, we will refund you the difference via PayPal.

Your order is important! We are committed to shipping your order within 2 business days. Actual delivery time will vary based on the number of days it takes USPS to deliver to your particular address - in most cases you can expect your order in 2 to 4 business days when using USPS Priority.

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

To inquire about this service, contact us at info@stonemountainfabric.com. Charges for express shipments will be invoiced via PayPal.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We ship worldwide!  International shipping varies so much depending on destination, so it's hard for our web store to estimate correctly. If you are over charged we always refund the difference. Occasionally, we will need to send a PayPal invoice for additional charges, especially with bulky or heavy items. If you would like an estimate of the shipping charges prior to placing your order, please email us at info@stonemountainfabric.com with your shipping address and the items you wish to order so we can estimate.  International shipping rates do not include customs or duty charges.  Stonemountain & Daughter Fabrics has no control over these charges, and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.

RETURN SHIPPING 

Unless we are in error, we cannot refund shipping costs.  In the case that Stonemountain & Daughter is covering return shipping, we are only responsible for return shipping costs from the original shipping address.  Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

For those who are not sure about a particular fabric, we are always happy to send you a swatch to preview before you buy. Contact us if you're interested in receiving swatches!

  • To insure full credit for your returns:  contact us first.
  • All returned items must be in original, unflawed condition:  unmarked, uncut, and unwashed by the purchaser.
  • A 30% cutting and restocking fee applies to fabric returns.
  • Unless we are in error, we do not refund shipping costs.  In the case that Stonemountain & Daughter is covering return shipping, we are only responsible for return shipping costs from the original shipping address.
  • All pricing is valid only on orders placed through the website.  Pricing in store may vary.
