Intro to Sewing
Get started sewing! For absolute beginners, we have new classes about reading
patterns, learning about fabrics, sewing machine basics, and easy project-based
classes to start. Enthusiastic beginners will love our popular ongoing 101 class
series and our new favorite Make a Great Skirt class! Conquer your fears
about sewing and get started today in one of our friendly, easy sessions!

Sewing Techniques
Take your skills to the next level with exciting classes on zippers, sergers, hand
sewing, and garment construction techniques! Learn about challenging fabrics like
knits, silkies, and sheers or brush up on your mending! Take your sewing from great to phenomenal!

Unique Garments & Projects
Learn to make a trendy top or halter! Add a pair of hand-crafted fashionable skinny
pants or leggings to your wardrobe... or sew without a pattern and make an
Envelope Skirt or No-Pattern blouse! Want to work on your own project with

Patterns, Fitting & Design
Conquer those fitting issues with classes like "All About Fit!" Make a pair of pants
tailored to your unique shape... Learn to make a block / sloper to help you alter
and design your own patterns! From the indispensable duct tape dress form to
recycling your clothing, there's a special class here for every garment seamster.

Creative Sewing Lab/Lounge
This is your sewinig studio away from home! Come get advice and tips on your own project while using our large cutting tables, new sewing machines, new serger/overlock machines and dress forms. Is there a class that you don’t see, a garment you want to make, or a simple home decorating project you’d like a hand with? With a sewing consultant at your side you can focus on fitting, cutting, technique, tailoring, using a serger, home-decoration projects - anything.
Prerequisite: Basic machine sewing skills - Ages 11 - 111  

Time to Quilt
From beginner's freeform patchwork to making the stunning "color me white" quilt,
we have a quilt class to make everyone smile!
Learn paper piecing, quilt as you go, or polish up your binding skills!

Youth Sewing Camps
Our overwhelmingly popular youth sewing summer camps continue! Kids age 9 to 15
learn sewing machine basics, reading a commercial pattern, and make an item of
clothing or a simple accessory like a tote or a pillow. So much fun!
